After 14 years as a dedicated sushi chef, Nishan Barua turned experience into vision. His career includes respected kitchens such as Fuji Sushi, Sushi Samba Park Avenue, Mastro’s Steakhouse, and Hillstone Restaurant Group. After years of refining his craft across the country, he brought his expertise to Sterling Heights, Michigan. Opening his own restaurant marked the beginning of a more personal mission—serving the community with skill, dedication, and heart.
